Please review these Terms of Service before using Stormshoride Adventure. By installing, accessing, or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

1. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Stormshoride Adventure solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported Apple devices that you own or control.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, mechanical fragment assets, sound effects, logos, artwork, level designs, themes, and game code are the exclusive intellectual property of Stormshoride Adventure. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the application.

3. In-Game Progression & Virtual Rewards

All in-game elements, including Forge Crests, Forge Dust, daily seal streak segments, and sigil unlocks, are virtual gameplay milestones intended solely for progression. They possess no monetary value, cannot be converted to fiat currency, and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stormshoride Adventure is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all hardware configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and publishers of Stormshoride Adventure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access or inability to access the game.

6. Updates & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the game following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
